GUIDE

1. Firmly grip handle before presenting toothbrush to your pup. 
2. Introduce toothbrush to pup as play, like a tug-game. If your pup is hesitant, try adding their favorite flavoring.
3. Brush teeth from the front and side of mouth, allowing bristles to come in contact with teeth from different angles.
4. Move toothbrush across teeth slowly until your pup becomes comfortable, then more vigorously for 1-2 minutes. 
5. Press the body of toothbrush into the mouth and toward the back of the jaw to stimulate saliva (natures toothpaste). 
6. If your pup requires deeper teeth cleaning, add your preferred dog-safe toothpaste to the bristles.
7. When you've finished brushing your pup's teeth, clean and store the toothbrush for next use. 'The Guardian' toothbrush is not a a toy. 
8. Brushing your pup's teeth daily can reduce vet visits and improve overall health. 

SIZE 

'The Guardian' toothbrush comes in one standard size today (Dimensions: 5.5" long, 2.25" wide and 1.75" tall). Although 'The Guardian' may work for smaller dogs, and pups with shorter muzzles, we recommend this version for dogs over 20 pounds, with standard to extended muzzles. A visual guide is provided below for reference. For owners of pups outside of the recommended size and muzzle type, we are working tirelessly to bring more sizes, colors and product designs to market to meet the needs of your pup's teeth and health.
